Bad service. Ice packs became warm. Overalls GODIVA SERVICE ARE VERY2 POOR. I’ve send emails inquiring about my order but nobody reply. And keep on emailing and nobody reply. And no update about my order. So very2 DISAPPOINTED about Godiva’s Services. Because maybe I’m not from a High Ranking or VVVIP CUSTOMER. But I bought for the price of 600+ .
