At GODIVA, we put as much care into the delivery of your chocolates as we do creating them, which is why dispatch times are designed to ensure they always arrive in pristine condition. 

Most orders will be shipped within 7 business days of your purchase. Products are sent out for shipping once they are being packed, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Unfortunately, we don't offer this service. As we continue to expand, we’ll be proudly offering this delicious service far and wide. 

GODIVA Malaysia is not responsible if the wrong delivery address is given and the package is delivered to the wrong and/or unknown recipient. If the address is undeliverable or the package is unclaimed, GODIVA Malaysia does not offer refunds even if the package is returned.

Because of the delicate nature of GODIVA chocolates, we don’t risk shipping them outside Malaysia. Of course, as Belgium’s Royal chocolatier, our products are available the world over.

Yes! All our chocolates are halal certified.

None of our chocolates contain any alcohol in them. 

If you have a dairy allergy, it’s best you don’t consume GODIVA products.

Due to the wide range of world-class ingredients that go into all our beautifully crafted chocolates, all our products may contain traces of nuts and/or peanuts. If you have a nut allergy, it’s recommended you don’t consume GODIVA chocolate.

As we work with so many different ingredients, we can’t guarantee our products don’t contain any gluten. If you have a gluten allergy, it’s best you don’t consume GODIVA chocolate.

All products are shipped via our shipping partner in Malaysia.

Orders Must Be Received By 12pm GMT + 8

Your order must be received and clear credit authorisation by 12:00 p.m. (noon) GMT + 8 or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

At our distribution centre, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information.

However, it may take up to 72 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our distribution centre and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 72 hours. All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to courier service provider.

We try our best to ensure that you receive your products within 7 business days.

However, from time to time there might be a delay in deliveries due to high volume of orders or unexpected circumstances. Do contact our Customer Care Team via email to cs@godiva.my , if you think that it is unusual for your shipping to be delayed. 

If you missed the delivery, our shipping services partner would have provided you with a 'Missed shipping' card, which contains detailed instructions on how you can easily reschedule the next delivery.

To ensure our products are only ever delivered and presented to you as fresh as possible, we are unable to accept an exchange or return due to change of mind (or heart).

Here at GODIVA, we’re total perfectionists and it shows. However, if you do have an issue with your order, please contact us within three working days. If it’s our mistake, we’ll be sure to have a solution as soon as humanly possible. However, we’re not responsible for faults resulting from environmental factors outside of our control.
