ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Order acceptance and completion of the contract between both parties will only be completed upon us issuing a confirmation of dispatch of the merchandise to you.

For the avoidance of doubt, The company shall be entitled to refuse or cancel any order without giving any reasons for the same to the Client prior to issue of the confirmation of dispatch or after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.  

If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.

We may also fulfill items partially available on the Order and make refund for items we cannot fulfill at our sole discretion.  

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Platform, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Platform or for refusing to process or accept an Order.

No concluded Contract may be modified or cancelled by the Client except with the agreement in writing of Valiram.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site.

All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

PRICE

The price of the Merchandise shall be the price stated in Valiram‘s website at the time which the Client makes its offer purchase to The Company plus any delivery charges, any applicable goods and services tax, value added tax or similar tax which the Client shall be liable to pay to us in addition to the price.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

You shall make payment for the Merchandise at the time of order for the total amount of the purchase displayed on the Web Site (including any applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs). The transaction shall be payable in Ringgit Malaysia.
