All products are shipped via our shipping partner in Malaysia.

Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) GMT + 8 or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

*Our delivery rate is inclusive of third-party charges and packaging. The perfect GODIVA experience is always our priority. In order to ensure your delivery reaches you in perfect condition, your chocolates will be neatly packed and delivered in special gel-packs.

All our products are shipped by local courier services and details for tracking your order will be provided in the Order Tracking Email, once an order is shipped.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.

What if I am shipped the wrong, damaged or missing product?

When will I receive my tracking number?

At our distribution centre, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information
However, it may take up to 72 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our distribution centre and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 72 hours. All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to courier service provider.

What if I haven't received my order after 7 business days?

We try our best to ensure that you receive your products within 7 business days.

If you missed the delivery, our shipping services partner would have provided you with a 'Missed shipping' card, which contains detailed instructions on how you can easily reschedule the next delivery.
