How We Pack Your Order

The perfect GODIVA experience is always our priority.

We neatly package your precious chocolate with insulating foil and, if the weather is warm, a special ice-pack. We then carefully wrap it in beautiful black tissue paper and seal it with a foiled sticker. 

If we are concerned about extreme heat causing damage to your chocolate (and it won’t be everything you dreamed of) we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery date. Alternatively, if you're in the Melbourne metro area and need your order quickly maybe consider our 4 hour delivery service.
