Chocolate received 9 days after payment made. Why it arrived so late? Because the courier GDEX misplace my package and it took them almost 1 week to have them find out where the package went and send to me again. By the time I received it all the chocolate has melted. I as a consumer had to bear with this. Moreover, your customer service is taking SO LONG to address my issue. Now that 8 days had passed since I received the melted chocolate on 7th May. Do take my word seriously. I will report my case to kpdn if I'm not being taken care seriously.
